• Adhere to payment schedules defined in your proposal or invoice

4. Intellectual Property

• We retain rights to all original design, strategy, and development work until full payment is received.

• After final payment, intellectual property rights of the deliverables (excluding licensed assets and templates) transfer to the client.

5. Payment Terms

• Invoices are due based on the terms in your project proposal (typically 50% upfront, 50% on completion unless otherwise specified).

• Late payments may result in delayed delivery or suspension of services.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Projects may be canceled by either party with written notice.

• If canceled by the client, all completed work to date will be invoiced and payable immediately.

We may integrate or recommend third-party platforms (e.g., WP Engine, Adobe Fonts, Google Analytics). We are not liable for their performance, downtime, or changes in terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Floating Castle is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of profits or revenue
